You are invited to participate as a sponsor of NASEO-AASHTO Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure National Conference.
The National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO), in partnership with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), and the U.S. Joint Office of Energy and Transportation, will host an Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure National Conference for state leaders on electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure deployment. The conference will be held at the Marriott Crystal Gateway (located at 1700 Richmond Highway, Arlington, Virginia 22202) on Thursday, July 13 and Friday, July 14, in Arlington Virginia.
The purpose of this meeting is to equip states with the tools they need to build out a national EV charging network that is convenient, reliable, affordable, accessible, and equitable. The meeting will convene officials from state and federal agencies, as well as representatives from utilities and key private-sector partners to share EV infrastructure planning and deployment models, hear the latest guidance and insights federal partners, and identify EV infrastructure planning and implementation needs under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program (NEVI) program. The meeting will feature discussions on emerging issues in the EV space including workforce development challenges and opportunities; best practices in streamlining permitting and approval processes for EV charging infrastructure; case studies featuring the various approaches states are incorporating equity and Justice40 goals in their NEVI planning; as well as case studies highlighting successful state-utility engagement in EV infrastructure planning and grid integration.
